Global Services The Leaderboard recognizes and celebrates learning progress across your organization. It ranks learners based on total XP (experience points) earned through completing courses and reaching milestones.
The Leaderboard has two tabs:
- Info : Shows your personal learning levels and the XP required to unlock the next level.
- Leaderboard : Displays top performers ranked by total XP, along with their current level and progress.
Learning Levels:
- Level 1 unlocks at 10 XP
- Level 2 unlocks at 20 XP
How to Access:
- Click Leaderboard from the left navigation menu.
- Select the Info tab to view your current level and progress.
- Switch to the Leaderboard tab to see how you rank among your peers.
Tip: Complete more courses to earn XP, unlock new levels, and climb the leaderboard.
